This policy sets forth the limited after-sales and warranty policy of the LED business unit of QUEENDOM GROUP (HK) LIMITED and applies only to QUEENDOM products referenced below and sold directly by QUEENDOM car chargers or accessories.

Service Description
(1) The definition of one-year replacement: refers to the free replacement of EV CHARGER products if non-human quality problems occur within 12 months from the date of sale to the first customer.
(2) Three-year warranty definition: It means that if an EV CHARGER has non-man-made quality problems within 12 months and not more than 36 months from the date of sale to the customer, it can be repaired for free, and the customer will bear the freight.
(3) Beyond the warranty period: For EV CHARGER products that have exceeded the three-year warranty period, if the customer requires maintenance services, EV CHARGER will provide paid maintenance services, including freight, labor costs, and parts costs.
(4) Determination of warranty date: When EV CHARGER officially leaves the factory, the production date is printed on the product sticker, so that customers can correctly calculate the warranty period when returning for repair and determine whether the product is within the warranty period.
